At Fustini's Oils & Vinegars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy on unopened items.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Final sales are not permitted.
• We do not charge restocking fees.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

• If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer or is returned as undeliverable, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
• The customer must ensure the item is returned to us in order to receive a refund (less original shipping).

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
• Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
