Our journey began in 2008 when founder Jim Milligan opened the first tasting room in Traverse City, Michigan. Inspired by the oil and vinegar rooms he visited in Europe, Jim wanted to bring this experience to Michigan. The name "Fustini’s" comes from the Italian word "fustino," referring to the stainless steel drums traditionally used to hold fine olive oils and balsamic vinegars.

Our mission goes beyond offering superior oils and vinegars—we want to create an experience for our customers. We offer several possible combinations of olive oils and balsamic vinegars, giving you the opportunity to explore flavors and discover the perfect pairings. We’ve built strong relationships with artisans and growers around the world to ensure that our oils and vinegars are the freshest and highest quality available.
